About FAMSA GA 2025
39th FAMSA General Assembly & Scientific Conference
The Federation of African Medical Students' Associations (FAMSA) General Assembly is the highest representative policy-making body of the Federation. The General Assembly serves as the annual meeting of African medical students under the umbrella of FAMSA.
The FAMSA GA also hosts a scientific conference which includes plenary sessions, breakout sessions, oral and poster presentations, workshops, short courses, and training. The Conference welcomes students, healthcare professionals, policy makers, researchers, industry experts and enthusiasts from all over the world, to discuss tropical matters regarding global health and sustainable development.
This year, we are honored to host the prestigious 39th FAMSA General Assembly in Eldoret, Kenya. This is a unique opportunity to experience the African medical community, marvel at the leading innovations, develop networks and expand scientific knowledge.
